Behind the Lens

My name is Jessica! I have been doing photography for almost

11 years!! As I was thinking about when I started this journey I was surprised it has been so long! Time has flown by and I love thinking about all of the wonderful people I have met along the way!!

I am a Momma to three amazing boys! Eric, Ethan and Ehden! Between School, Soccer, Basketball, Football and endless trips to the grocery store (because who knew 3 boys could eat so much) I am surprised I have time to do anything else! I am married to my best friend of 15 years and be brings so much happiness to my life!! He has been so supportive in my photography journey, including dressing up as Santa, doing all of the heavy lifting and listening to my endless ideas of possibility!! I couldn't have done this without him! We have 2 cats, Parker and Marley and I secretly dream of having 10 more just like them!!

Everyone asks about The Moment! The moment I knew I wanted to be a photographer. I had 2 little boys and one on the way and I thought it would be a great idea to purchase a camera. I already knew I loved photography in the sense of I took photos of them everyday and I knew it wasn't going to stop any time soon. And, I could probably save myself some money on the monthly photo shoots if I just did them myself! So we splurged and bought my Camera. By the time I knew it I was being asked to take pictures of Friends and Family and I loved it! People would comment on their pictures and ask who took them and I was getting phone calls from Friends of Friends! Word of mouth is how I started this Passion I have fell so in love with!!

I hope to continue to grow and learn new things from the people I meet and make amazing friends along this journey!! I would love to capture a moment for you!!
